Who is the highly sensitive woman?
You tell me!
Being highly sensitive is an innate trait. It is not often visible.
It really has more to do with how we receive, integrate and process information than it does with how we appear.
It has more to do with what we notice, sense (emotionally and energetically) and observe than it does with how we act.
Someone who is innately highly sensitive may also the top performing dancer, athlete, artist, student, sales director, C-suite leader. She may also be the most attuned mother, teacher, caregiver, daughter, sister or friend. She may be the hardest worker in the room.
And, she may also be silently struggling, unaware of how her innate sensitivity is not only what supported her to succeed ~ to read the room, to see patterns and organize information in a way that resonates with others ~ but that it also requires a unique tending to, in order to stay vibrant. This opening and tending to sensitivity is where the inner survival mode + outward thriving shifts into a life that feels far more alive, aligned and sustainable.
